Doing well on the outside doesn’t always mean things feel easy on the inside.
I help adults, teens, and children navigate anxiety, relationship difficulties, and periods of change, through a combination of deeper understanding and practical tools.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if your used to handling things on your own. My hope is to make that first step feel a little easier. You may be keeping up with work, relationships, family, or school, while also feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or unsure of yourself. You might be overthinking decisions, repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling with a change in your life, or feeling like something needs to change, but not knowing where to start.
Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and begin to understand yourself in a different way. Together we’ll look at the patterns, experiences, and relationships shaping how you feel today, while also finding practical ways to help you cope differently and make meaningful changes in your everyday life. My approach is warm and supportive, but I’m also an active participant in the work — I’ll listen closely, help you connect the dots, gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you build practical tools you can use outside of session.
I really look forward to working with you.
My Warmest Welcome

Remote Therapy
I work virtually with clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Many of my clients find that online sessions make it easier to fit therapy into a busy day while still creating space to pause, reflect, and focus on what matters to them.
